LOST IN BOOKS is looking for an entrepreneurial, determined and creative Bookseller / Manager to lead and grow our multilingual bookselling social enterprise.
LOST IN BOOKS is an online multilingual bookseller based in South Western Sydney. From our warehouse, we source and sell multilingual literature from around the world, alongside a small collection at the Think+DO Tank Community House in Fairfield and regular pop-ups across Sydney.
We are also a literary programs hub, creating opportunities for readers, writers, translators and illustrators to connect through books and language.
At the heart of LOST IN BOOKS is a belief in the value of multilingualism in Australian society: that speaking, reading and writing in more than one language should be visible, accessible and celebrated.
As a social enterprise of Think+DO Tank Foundation, revenue generated through LOST IN BOOKS contributes to the operation of the Think+DO Tank Community House, free multilingual creative and educational programming, and community-led work across South Western Sydney.

About you: You are an experienced, courageous bookseller ready to take on the responsibility of growth and sustainability of a mission-driven social enterprise. You bring a depth of knowledge, experience and passion for literature, languages and bookselling to retail and institutional customers alike.
